Founded in 2015, Rhythm & Grace was born from a simple belief: dance belongs to everyone.
A Home for Every Dancer
Rhythm & Grace Dance Academy was founded in 2015 by former Joffrey Ballet soloist Elena Vasquez and competitive latin champion Diego Reyes. What started as a single studio in a converted Bethesda warehouse has grown into the Washington metro area's most beloved dance community.
We believe dance is not a privilege for the few — it's a birthright for anyone with a body and a heartbeat. Our instructors meet each student wherever they are, celebrating progress over perfection and joy over judgment.
From tiny twirlers in their first ballet class to adults discovering salsa for the first time, Rhythm & Grace is a place where every body belongs.
